Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of gifti.club, a product of BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP. By creating an account or using a gift link, you agree to them.

Who this applies to

These terms cover two kinds of users: senders — companies and individuals who create campaigns — and recipients — the people who receive a gift link. Recipients don’t need an account, but by opening a gift link and selecting a gift, they agree to the parts of these terms that apply to fulfilling that order.

Accounts

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to create campaigns on behalf of any company you represent.

Sender responsibilities

• You’re responsible for having the right to contact each recipient you add to a campaign.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of recipient names and contact details you upload.
• Internal gift values and budgets you set are your own commercial decision — gifti.club doesn’t validate or guarantee them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use gifti.club to send unsolicited or abusive messages, attempt to access another sender’s campaigns or data, upload unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent the recipient-facing pricing safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

Campaigns and gift links

A campaign’s gift link is active according to the schedule and expiry you set. You may cancel a campaign at any time before a recipient selects a gift. Once selected, the order is locked in for fulfillment and the campaign can no longer be edited or cancelled through the dashboard — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders and fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled based on the catalog and delivery details available at the time of selection. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and can be affected by courier, vendor, and location factors outside our control.

Billing

Campaign funding and billing arrangements for company accounts are agreed with our team directly. Details specific to your account take precedence over the general description here.

Intellectual property

gifti.club’s branding, interface, and catalog curation are owned by BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP. Content you upload (recipient lists, campaign messages, branding) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it only to operate your campaigns.

Disclaimers

gifti.club is provided “as is” during this phase of the product, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of gifti.club. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the campaign giving rise to that claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using gifti.club and request account deletion at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP’s jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and let account holders know of material changes.
